Japan Watch Parts offers fast, reliable delivery on all watch parts, straps and batteries, across the UK and worldwide.

When you add products to your basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be shown automatically. You will always see this charge before submitting your order.

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders — every UK order ships free by Royal Mail 2nd Class, with no minimum spend. Faster tracked and signed services are available at checkout:

Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

European & Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at a flat rate of £15.00 (up to 2kg). European deliveries typically take up to 10 working days; international deliveries up to 20 working days.

If you order from outside the UK, you will be the Importer of Record and responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges and taxes in your country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 3:00pm are dispatched the next working day.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

You have 30 days to return an item after receipt. The returned item must be in a resaleable condition with all original packaging and accessories. If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order value may be deducted from the refund.

If the return is due to a manufacturing fault or defect and we are notified within 7 working days of receipt, we will offer a full refund or replacement, including the return delivery cost. Refunds relating to a change of mind do not include return delivery costs.
