Japan Watch Parts offers fast, reliable delivery on all watch parts, straps and batteries, across the UK and worldwide.

When you add products to your basket, the delivery options available for your order will be shown automatically, and you will always see the delivery charge before submitting your order.

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders. Batteries and small watch parts ship free by Royal Mail 2nd Class, with no minimum spend. Casio and Seiko watch straps always ship free by either Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48, depending on the size of the strap. Faster services are available at checkout:

Royal Mail 2nd Class typically takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch, and Tracked 48 typically takes 2 to 3 working days. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide by Royal Mail. Orders under £30 can be sent by International Standard Post, and every order can be sent by International Tracked & Signed, which is free on all orders over £100 (£150 to EU countries):

International Standard Post is untracked, so if you would like to follow your parcel all the way, please choose International Tracked & Signed at checkout. European deliveries typically take up to 10 working days, and international deliveries up to 20 working days.

At present we are unable to deliver to Israel, Russia or Ukraine.

If you order from outside the UK, you will be the Importer of Record and responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges and taxes in your country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched the next working day.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

You have 30 days to return an item after receipt. The returned item must be in a resaleable condition with all original packaging and accessories. If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order value may be deducted from the refund.

If the return is due to a manufacturing fault or defect and we are notified within 7 working days of receipt, we will offer a full refund or replacement, including the return delivery cost. Refunds relating to a change of mind do not include return delivery costs.
