What are your postage charges?
UK delivery is free on every order. Batteries and small watch parts are sent free by Royal Mail 2nd Class, and Casio and Seiko watch straps are always sent free by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Faster services, including Tracked 24 and Special Delivery, are available at checkout.
For Europe and the rest of the world, batteries and small watch parts can be sent by International Standard Post for £7.95, and any order, including watch straps, can be sent by International Tracked & Signed for £15.00.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, if you choose a tracked service at checkout, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24, Special Delivery or International Tracked & Signed, you will receive an email once your order ships with your tracking number. All watch strap orders are sent tracked as standard.
